1. Shipping Locations
Vedavalley currently ships across India. Orders outside our serviceable locations may not be accepted.
2. Order Processing Time
All prepaid orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed before dispatch and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Remote or rural locations may take additional time.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for prepaid and COD orders (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
A COD convenience fee may apply and will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.
Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional periods.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD is available on eligible pin codes only.
Orders may be verified via phone call or SMS before dispatch.
Failure to accept or repeated rejection of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD service for the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or ID via SMS or email to monitor your shipment status.
7. Packaging

8. Failed or Undelivered COD Orders
If a COD order is returned due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery
Vedavalley reserves the right to recover shipping costs or restrict COD access for future orders.
9. Damaged or Tampered Packages
In case of damaged or tampered delivery:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear images or an unboxing video for verification
We will assist you as per our internal review and policy.
